What we collect
- What you give us on the form or the phone: name, phone, email, town, description of the job, and any photos.
- Call information: phone number, call time and length. Calls may be recorded for quality and to confirm referrals. You’ll hear a notice at the start of the call.
- Basic website data: pages viewed, device and browser, and how you found us. We collect this with cookies and tools like Google Analytics.
How we use it
- To connect you with a local tree service company about your request.
- To follow up on whether you were connected.
- To keep track of referrals and improve the site.
Who we share it with
- One independent local tree service company that covers your area, so they can contact you about your request.
- Service providers that run the site, forms, analytics and call tracking (such as our web host, Google and CallRail), only as needed to operate.
- If the law requires it.
We don’t sell your information to marketing lists.
Texts and calls
By submitting the form you agree that we and the tree company can contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to handle referrals and keep basic business records. Then we delete it.
